Mithouard Apartments - Paris

We really enjoyed the venue and its excellent and unbeatable setting. It also was near to many attractions and a metro close by, all the Parisian landmarks, and the local convenience store for milk. Staff were very amiable, had a pleasant overnight stay for family vacation.

The apartment was charming and all facilities were great! We really enjoyed the restaurant, where the breakfast was served.

Said to say, but there's stain in some areas.

Overall everything was good.

Good and absolutely perfect location short walk to public transport & iconic Paris sights, the centre and local amenities such as the metro and shops, and the room was light. Did not want to leave there - I can't wait to come back.

we loved that the apartment was modern. the staff were very amiable, made the stay pleasant overnight. had its beautiful and perfect room with terrace. the setting was excellent and incredible.

This charming apartment is close to several markets and metro stations in a quiet neighborhood. It has a charming exterior and is conveniently located near famous landmarks like the Invalides, the Eiffel Tower, Musee d'Orsay, and Pont Alexandre III.- I would definitely stay here again, I loved it very much.

The apartment was fully furnished with washing machine, iron, dish washer, refrigerator, microwave, hot and cold shower. The water is treated soft and it does not dry your skin even in frequent washing hands in cold weather. It is a big room that can accomodate four people. It has a small elevator that can help you bring your luggage to your room. The location is nice near boulangerie for your breakfast and nearby convenient store. The apartment is near the Eiffel Tower and Invalides Museum where you can see the tomb of Napoleon the 1st and an armory museum. The landlady Catherine is very accomodating and helpful with our city tour booking and recommends a good taxi driver Claude wherein he will bring you to the most beautiful places in paris. I want Catherine's mobile no. be listed in the final confirmation of the document so that travellers can call her anytime if they arrive early in paris

The location, the design, the entrance, it's not good for familay with kids or old people.

The place had a lot of character with its location near various markets and metro stations. The neighborhood was peaceful, the building looked very charming, and there was even a lovely church nearby. 🌟

Location, Just behind invalides and near to tower effel. Easy to find parking space in front of apartment. Free parking available 19:00 ~ 09:00 (night) Good enough space 4 adults. Mostly clean room.

Facility is not well equipped. Lack of kitchen tool and old. Toilet is small and no bath tub but just shower room. No tolilet tissue.

everything was ok except that i was given wrong direction to go to the apartment .i was told to get of at invalides metro station which is wrong. luckily some passer by help me to call mithouard apt staff and then i was told to walk two station to find the apt. the point is it is not easy to find for the apt and i have to ask alot of people to get there.hope this can be looked upon and improved.

The location of the apartment was ideal, with easy access to landmarks and metro stations. WiFi worked well throughout our stay. The bed was comfortable and provided great support for my bad back. The apartment itself was spacious with plenty of storage. The views were beautiful and filled the apartment with natural light. The furnishings were both comfortable and attractive. The host even offered to provide a cleaning service for our week-long stay.

I loved that they offered pickup and drop off to and from the airport. It was a bit pricey though. €250 total for both ways.

Upon arriving to out room we found that the apartment we rented (the large 2 bedroom) was up several stairs that wind up. There is an elevator but it only fits 2 people and barely any luggage. There were 7 of us so some of us chose to take the stairs with our bag. I was appaled by the manager that "greeted" us. He stood by while some of the ladies struggled with their suitcase coming up the steps. When I reached the top and saw he wasnt helping I then took all of the bags from the women as they came up as he watched and offered no help. He was Rude and then demanded we pay him right now for our entire stay since he wouldnt be available to us all weekend. The smell in the room was something I cannot describe!!! The first night I emailed the owner and asked for her to call asap! 3 of us had trouble breathing and another broke out in a rash all over her body! Upon inspection we found molded dishes inside the dishwasher and one of the comforters a woman ws using smelled of mildew. That evening we had no choice but to open the windows and try to air it out while we slept. Being min november we were all freezing all night! The owner called me the next afternoon while we were out and said she would have someone clean the apartment by the time we returned. When we returned the smell was almost gone and we had clean blankets. The area is very quiet and not a lot going on. No shopping and not many resteraunts but very close to the eiffel tower
